| Situated in a completely renovated farmhouse just 400 meters from the historic town of Gaiole in Chianti, one of Chianti’s original market towns. Gaiole is an attractive town with its historical centre situated around a large piazza. There are a number of restaurants, one of which is within the grounds of elegant Spoletto Castle, a few wine bars, clothes boutiques, delicatessens and a small supermarket. Gaiole also has a good tourist office and tennis courts. Day outings include Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Coltibuono Abbey (with its excellent restaurant and evening musical performances) and other Chianti towns and villages. |

| Independent entrance leads to the light and stylish kitchen/dining room, which is fully fitted and well equipped. The kitchen has a 3 ring hob, 'fridge/freezer, dishwasher and electric oven. There is a marble topped dining room table and 4 chairs. A door leads to the double bedroom (which can be made up as a double or twin), furnished with an antique wardrobe and dresser and colour satellite television. The large bathroom is en-suite and is fully tiled with a WC, bidet, sink and shower cubicle. |

| Private, furnished outside terrace (not overlooked) with umbrella, ideal for al fresco dining. Partial views, although the position is secluded. Steps up to the swimming pool (6 by 14 metres), which is surrounded by a patio and sunloungers. As the owners are out all day, the pool is usually for the guests’ private use. |
