| Borgo Ama is a characteristic Tuscan stone farmhouse restored to excellent standards. During restoration, the original oak beams and terracotta flooring were brought back to their former glory. Stylish furnishings were added to compliment carefully chosen colour schemes and soft furnishings. The farmhouse has been divided into accommodation for 3 groups each sleeping 4. Large parties requiring 6 bedrooms may wish to rent the whole farmhouse and private use of the pool. 8 guests may rent ‘Salvia’ and ‘Menta’, which, if booked by the same party, can inter-link. |

| The Borgo Ama estate is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and enjoys simply stunning Chianti countryside views, including the charming castles of Ama and San Polo. Lecchi, the nearest village, is a 5-minute drive where there is a food shop, a bar and two restaurants. There are some other superb restaurants in the area, dotted around various hamlets, including a Michelin Guide restaurant in San Sano (3km). Radda (3.5km) is a beautiful hilltop medieval town. Florence (49km) and Siena (25km) are both easily reached in under an hour. |

| Situated on the first floor (entrance is at ground floor level as the house is built on a slope). Menta and Salvia are totally independent to one another, but can be inter-linked to sleep 8. Each has a lounge (with satellite television), dining area, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ring hob and 'fridge/freezer). Each has two double bedrooms (one twin on request) and one bathroom with a shower. Furnished patio terrace. |
