| Standing in its own private corner of Chianti, Vista Radda is an extremely characteristic 12th century Tuscan retreat, recently restored to luxurious standards by the American owners. This private estate consists of the owner’s farmhouse and two guest accommodations: one sleeping two and the other sleeping four. Previous guests have frequently rented both properties. The accommodation is very well appointed and furnished with good quality, stylish pieces of furniture. Vista Radda has beautiful views onto the surrounding countryside, especially from the pool area. |

| Vista Radda is situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico region between Florence (29km) and Siena (35km). In the pretty hamlet of Volpaia (4km) there are two excellent restaurants. From the estate one can see the hilltop town of Radda (3.5km), a short drive away. The pretty towns of Castellina and Panzano (7km) are worth visiting. |

| Ground floor of the barn: large open plan lounge/dining room with a large arched glass window looking onto a breathtaking view, open fire, upholstered sofa, telephone/satellite television. The kitchen area has an oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and 'fridge/freezer. Separate laundry and washroom. 1st floor: two double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom (shower) and screened windows/fans. Covered loggia seats 6. |

| At one side of the owner’s farmhouse is a delightful independent ground floor apartment. Living area with satellite television/telephone. Fully equipped kitchen/dining area with 4 ring hob, oven, dishwasher and ‘'fridge/freezer. Double bedroom with screened windows (twin on request), bathroom with shower. Private eating out area, which is not overlooked. |

| Within the grounds of Vista Radda, one finds a beautiful pool (5.5 by 11 metres), which is heated if necessary. The pool area is furnished with stylish wrought iron sunloungers. |
