| The characteristic stone built ‘Il Mulino’ dates back to the 15th century and records show it was originally built as a water mill. The location is completely private and undisturbed. It is surrounded by woodland and olive groves that slope gently down the valley. In the distance, one can see the medieval town of Radda. The property today has undergone extensive renovation with finely decorated interiors tastefully furnished with antique furniture. Il Mulino retains its original exposed wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta flooring. A feature of this property is the enormous kitchen inglenook fireplace. The accommodation is situated on two floors sleeping 4 to 6 guests. There is a private pool available for guests’ use. The housekeeping couple live on the ground floor of the farmhouse in a separate annex, which does not encroach on the guest accommodation. |

Original stone external stairs to the 1st floor: living room with satellite television and telephone. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, 4 ring hob/oven, ‘fridge/freezer, washing machine). 2 double bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower. |

| There is a panoramic terrace and pergola from where one can enjoy beautiful views, including the distant town of Radda. Private gardens and swimming pool (6 by 12 metres) for sole use of our guests. Il Mulino is completely fenced off and there is private parking on the property. |

| Further Information |
| All linen is provided but please bring pool towels with you. The discreet housekeepers live on the ground floor of the building, in a separate annex of the farmhouse. They are available to assist if required. |
