| Villa Eva is a beautiful large Tuscan farmhouse sleeping up to 13 guests. All rooms are furnished to excellent standards, in an elegant country style with terracotta floors and original wooden beamed ceilings. |

| Villa Eva is situated 2km along an unsurfaced road in a peaceful corner of Chianti. It is near the pretty cosmopolitan village of Panzano (2.5km), and Greve (3km), the region’s capital town. Panzano has a number of fashionable wine bars and some very special restaurants where one can dine on a panoramic terrace overlooking breathtaking views of Chianti vineyards. Panzano’s Sunday morning market becomes a meeting places for the artists, writers and vineyard owners from the area. The position is perfect: in the heart of the region, but only 28km from Florence. A local bus service runs to Florence and Siena. |

| entrance to spacious, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Dining table seating up to ten people with a large, open fireplace. A few steps lead down to the lounge, which has a television set. There is also a second lounge and an elegant dining room seating 10. There is a large family size bedroom with a double bedroom accessed through a single bedroom and an independent bathroom. From the kitchen, stone steps lead to the upstairs bedrooms, five more in total. All have double beds, at least two of which can be separated into twin beds. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with a shower. There is an independent bathroom with a tub. |

| Large patio area with seating for al fresco dining, wood burning pizza oven and barbecue. Swimming pool (5 by 10 metres) within large, beautifully kept gardens. The pool is for the sole use of the guests, but the owners, who live next door, may occasionally use it. |

| A cot is available on request. Maid service can be arranged on request. All linen is provided except pool towels, please bring these with you. Extra linen such as sheets and towels can be hired at an extra cost. |
